CVS Experience Brisk Trading

Thames Valley based convergence technologies reseller Converged Voice Solutions are reporting brisk trading in the solutions arena this year. CVS were founded in October 2006, to primarily offer an ‘engineering arm’ to dealers across the UK. Sole director, Darren Ross, comes from an engineering background with fifteen years in the telecoms industry, building solid background knowledge of business systems and VoIP solutions.

‘We pride ourselves on possessing a real in-depth knowledge of the products that we supply and believe that having the skills in house and knowing the product that you are selling, helps to retain the customer, which is hugely important for us’ says Darren.

CVS offers installation, service and support on Inter-Tel, Avaya IP Office, Panasonic and their latest offering in the portfolio is the Siemens Hipath Open Office ME.

‘Our product and solution offerings include CommSoft management information and recording solutions, DECT solutions and mobile signal enhancements utilizing CE approved GSM building repeater systems’, adds Darren. ‘Years of experience has taught us that whilst delivering a perfect solution is important, we have to provide excellent after sales service: this is where we have seen many other companies fail over the years and lose the trust of the client. Our long term aim is to retain our client base, which in turn, means long term account managed revenue’.

‘With a new web site launching shortly plus many opportunities currently on the go, it is an exciting time for CVS. We fully support them in all of their activities, as they are a committed and proactive reseller’, says Bonnie Church of CommSoft, ‘We are very pleased that CVS have chosen to resell our solutions over others, their pursuit of excellence in customer service reflects our passionate belief in good products and good service. CVS and CommSoft have recently completed a successful installation at a large, high profile insurance company, which delivers live ACD stats and wallboard features on a Panasonic system, which the customer is delighted with’.

Marketing is a key strength at CVS, as they proactively seek new business via direct mail and telemarketing activities whilst raising their profile locally in the lucrative Thames Valley region. ‘Its all about letting customers know that we are here and what we can do for them’ concludes Darren Ross.
