In a joint letter to the resellers, Terry Hart, CEO of Telstra EMEA and Gareth Kirkwood, COO at Daisy Group say the reason for the transfer from Telstra to Daisy Communications ‘is because Daisy’s area of expertise is to focus on small and medium size customers and provide an excellent level of customer service.’
The letter adds, ‘Telstra International is committed to providing industry leading telecommunications services. Our strategy is to focus on our multinational customers with either managed services requirements or requirements in the Asia Pacific region where we have the most expertise.’
In terms of continuity resellers have been assured they will transfer to daisy on the same terms and conditions they have been enjoying with Telstra and the same Business Partner / Dealer will also be managing the account if applicable.
