Voicenet Solutions the Hosted VoIP service provider has announced a new partnership with Datasharp offering pre-sales, administrative and fulfilment services for their Hosted VoIP service to all Datasharp’s 50 sales offices. This new partnership is founded on a long-standing and successful relationship between the two companies based around Datasharp’s Hosted VoIP offering, DHS, which is already powered by Voicenet Solutions’ Voice platform.
The partnership aims to create a more flexible and competitive pricing structure between the two companies, to make the sales process as easy as possible and to gain greater revenues within the Hosted sector. To aid this further, Voicenet Solutions’ Channel Management and Back Office Teams will provide ongoing centralised support to Datasharp’s network of offices.
Voicenet Solutions will also be offering a dedicated DHS Voice portal for all Datasharp Offices. The portal is equipped with a full suite of DHS branded sales collateral; this is complemented by tried and tested commercial tools to make it easy to specify, price and win new business.
