Digital IP Accredited as First Microsoft Voice Specialist in Scotland.

Reseller Digital IP has announced that the company is the first Microsoft Voice Specialist in Scotland.

The company says it has fulfilled the qualifications necessary to achieve Voice Specialisation within the Microsoft Partner Program’s Unified Communications Competency. Voice specialisation will allow Digital IP to plan and implement Voice over IP (VoIP), unified messaging and conferencing solutions. This will also assist Digital IP to ensure their existing and future customers are employing an exceptionally qualified vendor to design and deploy Microsoft’s latest unified communications voice technologies in a way that will best benefit their organisation.

In order to achieve this Digital IP had to complete a rigorous technical readiness program that included specific staffing requirements and an internal deployment of the complete Microsoft Unified Communications offering.
