The recently launched phone is reminiscent of Doro’s equivalent products and thus constitutes an infringement of Doro’s registered design rights.
The phones constituting an infringement of Doro’s rights shall be placed in Doro’s keep until a final decision regarding their destruction has been reached.
As recently as in January, German company ITM Einkauf was prohibited from selling a model that infringed upon Doro’s registered pattern for its Doro Phone Easy®410gsm model.
