Easynet Connect Extends No Minimum Term Offer

Business internet provider, Easynet Connect has extended the availability of its "no minimum term" internet packages. First launched at the beginning of March, the offer was originally due to expire by the end of April. It has now been extended due to a high level of interest and to allow more businesses to take advantage of secure and reliable internet connections without engaging in long-term financial commitments.

In response to business demands for more flexible contracts from their suppliers, Easynet Connect first introduced the no minimum term offer to the market. Under the contract, businesses pay for their internet service on a quarterly basis with a penalty-free 30-day notice period for cancellations. With business internet packages typically involving minimum contracts of 12-36 months, this added flexibility offers welcome relief to small businesses today.

Karen Holmes, Deputy Registrar at the Architects Registration Board, one of Easynet Connect's new 'no minimum term' customers states, "When we moved back into our refurbished office recently it was critical that we had internet connectivity from Day 1 - no other ISP was able to install connection and full access as quickly as Easynet Connect and the fact that they weren't forcing us to commit to a long-term contract was the icing on the cake. This is a bold move for Easynet Connect and shows real confidence in their ability to deliver on their promises."

Chris Stening, MD, Easynet Connect states, "In this climate, businesses all the way up the food chain should be providing this kind of flexibility to their customers as it can go to great lengths in providing extra peace of mind."
