ebillz, the providers of billing and customer care solutions, has announced that Arvind Meghani has been appointed as the new Managing Director. Arvind, who joined ebillz thirteen years ago as a programmer, has gradually risen in rank over the years with his last role as Operations Manager. Arvind is still an active programmer and still gets his hands dirty in new projects and research and development.
One of Arvind’s first moves since becoming the new MD was to launch a new web based billing engine “ebillz.lite” this month for the smaller reseller market, as well as targeting new entrants in telecoms and IT VAR’s. ebillz.lite has already caught the eye of one of the world largest IT services distributors as a product to resell into their UK customer base.
Arvind has ambitious plans to take the ebillz brand forward. A customer led development roadmap was launched at the start of the year which has been a tremendous success in delivering features customers want but at no extra cost. ebillz has seen a 20% increase in customer numbers in 2011 which Arvind and his team are confident this can be surpassed in 2012.
