Entanet Achieves New Quality Management Accreditation

Entanet has been awarded BS EN ISO 9001:2015 quality management accreditation following an audit of its quality management system.

The company achieved compliance with the latest version of the internationally-recognised standard in October after going through a stringent assessment by ACS Registrars Ltd, who are regulated by UKAS, the government appointed national accreditation body for the United Kingdom.

Entanet had been refining its quality management system for some time ahead of the audit, culminating in its successful attainment of the accreditation. It’s a significant achievement for the company, said Paul Diamond, Chief Operating Officer of Entanet.

“The auditor was extremely complimentary about what we have achieved and we should be very proud of that. Our customers today are much more aware of the importance of quality and having the ISO 9001:2015 accreditation provides them with an independent assurance that Entanet’s established quality control processes and management are up to the very highest standards. Our commitment to customers is total and our commitment to quality is part of that.”

The achievement of ISO 9001:2015 is part of Entanet’s ongoing process of constant improvement and will deliver significant benefits, both for the company and its channel partners, added Diamond. “The process of preparing for and then undergoing the audit was, in itself, one that proved to us how robust our existing processes are and which ones would deliver real business benefit through fine tuning.“

“I’m convinced that it has strengthened our ability to confidently manage every aspect of our business and our service to our customers. From our customers’ perspective, it should confirm to them that Entanet is a wholly dependable and trustworthy partner for their business.”

Diamond said that the company fully intends to go on making improvements. “Continuous quality improvement is a task that, by definition, can never be completed. Entanet understands this and we will continue to work to enhance service delivery and refine processes with the aim of delivering even more assurance and reliability to customers. In doing so, we aim to further add to the value of our partnerships, sharpen our competitive edge, achieve even higher levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty, and cement Entanet’s position as a business known for quality.”

Entanet was assisted in its preparation for the accreditation audit by Initiative Quality & Safety Ltd, an independent practice that provides bespoke consultancy, training and assessment services in the fields of quality assurance, environmental, safety and health systems.
