Wholesale communications provider, Entanet, is helping its channel partners identify key up-sell opportunities by providing them with an Upgradeable Accounts Tool which shows which of their customers’ broadband connections can be upgraded to the latest superfast technologies.
The useful tool is housed within synergi, Entanet’s comprehensive partner interface and identifies all connections that can be upgraded to a newer technology e.g. ADSL to ADSL2+ or FTTC. The report can then be downloaded for proactive sales calls and campaigns. It is updated automatically by Entanet twice per month, thus ensuring partners have the most current information.
Entanet’s Head of Sales, Stephen Barclay, said: “The Upgradeable Accounts Tool is a genuinely useful resource that will help partners to maximise their existing customer relationships and identify new business opportunities. We believe we’re the only wholesale provider to offer a tool of this kind – it’s yet another example of how Entanet works to empower its partners. We work alongside our partners to provide them with the means to successfully resell our products and to grow their businesses.”
The Upgradeable Accounts Tool was an idea originally suggested by Entanet partners through the popular Idea Network that Entanet built into synergi a year ago. It enables partners to suggest ideas and improvements to Entanet’s portals, systems, processes, products and more. Since its launch it has already received more than 120 ideas, almost half of which have now been implemented.
