Epygi Launches IP PBX Platform for Medium-Large Businesses.

Berkshire based Epygi Technologies, the US VoIP appliance manufacturer, has launched the latest in its line of medium and large business telephony IP PBXs. The QuadroM 32x boosts capacity to up to 192 extensions, with as many as 60 concurrent calls, and offers advanced IP PBX functionality and management features. With a SRP of £3195 (excl. VAT), the QuadroM 32x is available exclusively from Epygi’s UK distributor Electronic Frontier Ltd.

The QuadroM 32x extends Epygi’s existing IP PBX portfolio of solutions for SOHOs/SMEs (1 to 70 extensions) to large SME and enterprise organizations.

“The new QuadroM 32x gives medium sized organizations a less expensive alternative to the ‘large corporation’ IP PBXs offered by the traditional brands,” said Conor McCann, General Manager of Electronic Frontier. “It is a solution that has been awaited with great anticipation”

Features include integrated E1/T1 ISDN connection, multilevel auto attendant, automatic fax reception/forwarding, voice mail with SMS notification, receptionist, call hunting, powerful call routing, automated call back, call statistics, do not disturb, 3-way conferencing, directory assistance, unified messaging - including an integrated 32-person conference bridge (64-person with an expandable license key) - and programmable ACD (Automatic Call Distribution) for call centres.

The QuadroM 32x is interoperable with industry leading open-standard IP phones. A sophisticated auto-provisioning capability enables a large number of endpoints to be installed quickly thereby significantly reducing on-site installation time and costs.

“We are pleased to offer our new IP PBX to the UK through Electronic Frontier and their network of respected resellers,” added Mario Cuello, Epygi’s CEO. “We are confident that it will be a success.”
