The West Yorkshire based converged telecommunications and data services provider, has launched a helpline aimed at the small to medium sized businesses that have received “Dear John” letters from Cable & Wireless. The letters were titled “Cable & Wireless Telephony Service – Notice of termination of account number”.
“This is a prime example of why Eurotel exists. Cable & Wireless’ decision means that approximately 27,000 SME’S will now have to re-think where they source their telecommunications requirements.
