TalkTalk Telecoms Group plc, the leading UK fixed line voice and broadband telecommunications business, announces the acquisition this week of the entire issued share capital of Executel Limited (“Executel”) for an undisclosed sum.
Based in the North-East of England, Executel is a leading provider of telephone systems, data solutions and unified communications to the public and private sectors. The business will now be managed by TalkTalk Business and is expected to contribute around £8 million of incremental revenue in the current financial year.
