The installation – for the recently opened Jesmond Dene House in Newcastle – has provided guests and business users with the very latest technology in the form of a fully integrated Mitel 3300 Voice over IP (Internet Protocol) communications platform.
The solution offers telephony and data services over the same network and is linked to a front of house reservation booking system. Executel has also provided a call routing package, which enables Jesmond Dene House to offer unparalleled call rates to visitors.
This forms part of an all-encompassing technology package for guests of the new luxury boutique hotel, which includes wireless internet connectivity, laptop computer interfacing, electronic roller screen projection, video and DVD players and video-conferencing facilities.
