The annual Tech Track 100 league table is made up of Britain’s 100 privately-owned technology, media and telecoms companies with the fastest growing sales over the last three years.
Sponsored by Microsoft, Barclays Commercial Bank and BDO Stoy Hayward, this is the ninth year that the league table has been compiled and it has been endorsed by business leaders and political figures alike. Sir Richard Branson of the Virgin Group commented, “Fast Track has become a definitive barometer of growth companies".
This is the first time that Focus 4 U has appeared in the league table. Having only started trading in 2004 the company has seen impressive growth year on year. Figures published in the Sunday Times show the company growing from a turnover of £1.6M in 2006 to a turnover of £5.9M in 2009.
Specialising in fixed and mobile telecoms solutions for businesses, Focus 4 U look after in excess of 3000 clients and have a channel of over 40 resellers. Sales Director Chris Goodman has had his sights set on the Tech Track 100 for a few years, “We have a very dedicated team of staff and our inclusion in this league table is the culmination of their hard work over a number of years.
