Smile Telecoms’ managing director, Roy Marcus, claimed Spooner had made his company’s transaction to Fone Logistics smooth and trouble-free.
He said of Spooner: “Although we are only a newcomer to Fone Logistics I would just like to say how impressed we are with our business manager, Paul Spooner. Even before we signed up Paul had always been available to walk us through the admin side. Now we are onboard, his help in resolving any issues we have had means that we can get on with our business of signing contracts with as little fuss as possible.”
Marcus added: “Paul is always at the end of a mobile. If he is tied up he is guaranteed to call you back as soon as he can. His explanations are always coherent and easy to understand. Paul keeps in contact with us on a regular basis. If we need him to come to see us there is never any problem.
“Paul brings his business experience to our meetings, which helps point us in the right direction,” continued Marcus. “We recently had quite a complicated deal and we used Paul throughout to help us understand how to stack the deal. He was always ready with his advice with this and was integral in helping us close this deal.”
