Former daisy Business Partner Joins the Team

A daisy business partner had so much faith in his telecoms supplier he decided to join the team himself.

Matthew Rycraft now hopes he can use his knowledge and expertise in the field to generate new business for both daisy and its partners in his new role as Business Partner account manager.

Matthew, a keen photographer and music lover, said: “My first role within telecoms was in CPS new business acquisition and account retention, and over a period of 22 months my accounts were billing £37,000 a month.

“While selling minutes and WLR, I came across an opportunity to sell telephone systems, and, ever willing to increase my product knowledge and skills, I taught myself to price up and build phone systems, then successfully sold these to many businesses.”

Matthew believes he can use his experiences as a former daisy business partner to assist other companies in not only winning new business, but to also churn client bases.

He said: “I’m a great listener and enjoy learning about new products and business ideas and using them to help businesses get to where they want to be.

“At daisy, I hope I can help business partners develop their businesses, create new revenue streams and increase margins.”

So why did Matthew decide to work with daisy?

“Working with daisy as a business partner for several years I found the service, support, tariffs and offers to be the best in the industry,” said Matthew.

“The company is 110% focused on business acquisition through partners and in my opinion, they are the best at what they do.”

Chris Burney, head of the business partner and agent channels at daisy, is delighted to welcome Matthew to the ever-expanding daisy fold.

He said: “Matthew was always a loyal and pro-active business partner, so there was no question that he would make a fantastic account manager.

“Matthew’s experiences will undoubtedly help in understanding business partner needs and in doing so, maximise opportunities.”
