It comes complete with easy to follow installation instructions and once loaded it becomes a fully functional VoiStore solution, it has a database with 100's of calls pre loaded and all the functionality works as if connected to a 'live' VoiStore system, you can 'tag' calls and then use these as advanced search functions, you can load the 'live monitor' screen, view the audit trail and even run statistics or export calls.
Searching is available via date/time, duration, called and calling number, team and/or individual extension, inbound/outbound to name but a few. The VoiStore software can be installed on a Laptop or Desktop system for ease of use.
