Newbury-based VCOMM, a supplier of VoIP products and services to the UK channel, will distribute Funkwerk's bintec, elmeg and artem brands, which address xDSL routing, IP handsets and PBXs with VoIP support, plus wireless access point solutions. These products deliver complete voice and data integration solutions and seamlessly support SIP based IP telephony end points and services.

Funkwerk has developed a range of VoIP solutions that support POTS, digital and xDSL in parallel and are deigned to simply integrate into the existing infrastructure to support all services from telephony, fax and alarm transmission to Internet access, data networking, WLANs and remote connections.
Funkwerk is also able to extend voice and date convergence through its artem wireless LAN and bintec IP-routing and VPN products. For example, an artem wireless access point can be used to support wireless SIP phones, while a bintec VPN gateway will provide secure voice and data communications for remote offices and teleworkers.
