Peterborough employer, Fusion Contact Centre Services, has today announced the expansion of its contact centre team. The business, which manages the customer service operation for some of the UK’s major insurance brands, has added a further 60 people to its workforce.
Fusion handles up to 600,000 calls each month and manages over 100,000 customer emails and letters for its brands which include Budget, Dial Direct and Bradford & Bingley Insurance. In addition, Fusion’s parent company, BGL Group, has recently launched a new life insurance division called Beagle Street and some of the new recruits will now join this business – which is aiming to modernise the UK life market. Fusion and BGL Group have been based in the city for almost 20 years. Fusion’s 500 strong Bretton-based customer service team is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to drive success.
