GCI Extends Reseller Reach

Following extensive Beta trials, GCI Channel Solutions have introduced a new feature to the GCI Customer Control Portal (CCP). The new feature allows Partners the functionality to enable their Reseller to deploy to their own end user.

Commonly known in the industry as a Parent Child facility, this feature will be of interest to Partners who have their own Reseller community. It will give Resellers the ability to self-serve therefore allowing them to reduce costs to support their customer and increase their bottom line.

Enabling Partners to drive volume in sales to their Resellers, the web based application tool is a one stop shop that supports the ordering and automatic configuration of GCI Channel Solutions FTTC and ADSL Broadband offering.
CCP allows Partners to check product availability, track orders, bill users, provide reports and utilise diagnostic tools, eliminating some of the issues faced by Partners including limitations on resources and strict time constraints.
