Get the Full Picture with SIP, say Nimans

Resellers only have half the story if they are just selling IP technologies and not SIP, according to distributor Nimans who is experiencing growing demand in the SIP arena.

“SIP trunks enable end users to make significant cost savings, so it’s important that resellers stress these benefits,” said Nimans’ Systems Sales Director, Phil Adams. “It all revolves around IP but on its own IP technology only delivers half the benefits.”

He continued: “All the systems we sell are SIP compatible and our partner of choice for SIP trunking is Voiceflex. We provide resellers with a comprehensive platform to fully exploit this growing area of the market.

“SIP is here and now and working very effectively. Demand is growing all the time. Resellers are actively embracing this technology, often being driven by end users who are demanding to know how it can help improve their business efficiency. The platform is in place for us to actively promote new technologies within the telecoms arena which generate more revenue streams and opportunities for our customers.”

Phil predicts SIP or Session Initiation Protocol as it is formally known, will emerge as one of the biggest market forces, eventually spelling the end of ISDN as we know it today.
