The new contract cements the strong partnership formed between the two organisations that will see Comms-care deliver support services to Vanco’s customer premises equipment that currently spans over 20,000 devices across the UK and Ireland.
Back in 2004, Vanco spent considerable time evaluating the market for the right partner as its customers were demanding enhanced levels of support but expecting a reduction in cost. After careful consideration, Comms-care was identified as the preferred partner and has since built upon the relationship and continues to increase Vanco’s support delivery capabilities.
