HighNet has invested in back office system enhancements with the successful integration of their aBILLity billing platform with Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Claiming to be the first reseller to go live with this integration, HighNet is now benefitting from full bi-directional data exchange between the two systems.
The Scottish reseller prides itself on being at the forefront of technological developments in the industry, having succeeded already as the first CP in Scotland to reach BAU on the WLR3 platform (just second overall in the UK). This integration has been a natural development.
CRM integration with aBILLity gives greatly improved marketing capabilities and will deliver much more accurate data compared to running two separate databases. It will streamline HighNet’s business operations in all departments, and comes during a year of big changes at HighNet, having recently completed a rebranding exercise.
David Alldritt, Technical Director, explains: “Any employee can now fully understand the customer they are dealing with; they can see how often they ring technical support, their payment profile, what services are they using, how much are they billing each month, etc., allowing them to make more informed decisions. It also gives our sales team full visibility of customer history in real time while they are out on the road, regardless of what device they are using.”
