Mobile phone distributor and air time provider HSC has launched ‘The Mobile Club’, a new reseller loyalty scheme for their channel partners.
The company says it has recognised the evolving nature of the mobile industry and decided it was time to revamp their dealer programme to better fit today’s market;
HSC’s Business Manager Bob Sweetlove commented, “We have developed a club ALL our customers can be part of. There are no minimum performance criteria for the standard level of benefits. You just need to buy from HSC. However we have also created a VIP tier of benefits available to dealers who hit 150+ pay monthly connections in a quarter. These can be any combination of new and upgrades, including mobile broadband.
Whereas unity (previous reseller loyalty scheme) was a mixture of network and HSC benefits, The Mobile Club is entirely developed and maintained by HSC to give us complete control of the service and support we provide as part of the club. HSC has already developed a standalone T-Mobile dealer programme, “PROStockist”, with specific network related benefits. We have aims to emulate this model across the other networks where appropriate in addition to “The Mobile Club”.
The three main principles behind the benefits package are knowledge, service and relationships – key areas we know are important to you from feedback you have provided.”
HSC say that as the group establishes itself they will publish the VIP dealer leagues which will enable partners to compete against peers in a variety of categories in order to win additional rewards on a quarterly and ad hoc basis.
