hSo to Launch Network Monitoring Service at Summit South

Internet service provider hSo will be unveiling a new network monitoring service at next month's Convergence Summit South.

The new service will allow hSo's channel partners to view detailed intelligence on their customers' network usage, subject to customers' prior agreement.

“Many companies turn to trusted external advisors for help making the right IT decisions. Unfortunately, these advisors often have limited visibility over what's happening on their customers' networks.” said Avner Peleg, hSo's Customer Development Director.

“This network-related blindspot is becoming an ever larger problem as organisations grow increasingly reliant on SaaS products, hosted telephony and public/hybrid cloud hosting.”

“hSo's new GTFlow Advanced Monitoring service is designed to address this problem directly. It gives our channel partners the information they need to help customers plan network capacity, understand network usage and crack down on bandwidth misuse,” commented Peleg.

The new service was developed by hSo's in-house developers, building on network management tools created by Goscomb Technologies, a network services specialist acquired by hSo in 2013.

hSo will be showcasing the new monitoring service at Convergence Summit South, which takes place at Sandown Park on September 27th and 28th.

At the event, hSo will be unveiling a new Ethernet pricing tool aimed at connectivity resellers. Visitors to hSo's stand will also have the chance to win an iPad Air 2 worth £349.
