Incom Systems wins with BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions

BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions is continuing its strategic push in the telecoms sector and recent results show the investment by the French bank-owned subsidiary is starting to pay healthy dividends. Already in 2012, the company has successfully recruited 48 new resellers and posted a 65% increase in finance sales over the same half-year period in the prior year. Drawing heavily on the strength and credibility of BNP Paribas, which today, despite the economic woes in the Eurozone, remains one of the safest banks in the world, the leasing division is well-positioned to solve the funding challenges facing many businesses.

Given the BNP Paribas brand is perhaps not so well known in the UK despite its global scale, the telecoms finance team have been present at key industry events such as the recent Convergence Summit North. “Exposure and dialogue with the channel is an essential element of our sales strategy. Without this conversation, we simply are another finance company with short term interests. Gary Cotter, sales manager for the West Midlands based voice and data specialist visited Martin Ardern and his team of finance specialists at Convergence North with a specific requirement, namely to offer increased value to his customers by developing a unified solutions approach. Cotter was impressed with the team’s market knowledge and innovative approach to financing, including software and soft costs such as implementation and consulting. “Since partnering with BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions, we have proposed a number of deals which were subject to a speedy decision, competitive rates and high acceptance” he comments.

Gary was also the lucky winner of the BNP Paribas Leasing Solutions prize draw – an entry to which was granted to all stand visitors at Convergence Summit North. “After a very positive start to the partnership in line with our expectations, the iPad win was just the icing on the cake!” noted Cotter.
