Integralis Confirmed as One of Britain’s Top IT Employers 2010

Integralis, the IT security solutions provider, has announced that it has been selected as one of Britain’s Top IT Employers in 2010 by the Corporate Research Institute (CRF), an independent business research organisation which researches best practice in Human Resources (HR) Policy.

This is the second successive year that Integralis, which employs 200 people in the UK, has been selected as one of Britain's Top IT Employers. The company is one of only 9 leading IT employers to have been awarded the 2010 accreditation after more than 60 companies applied to achieve the status.

As part of its annual research into Britain’s Top Employers, which is now in its 11th year, the CRF seeks to identify organisations which set and maintain exceptional standards in human resources’ policies and procedures and offer their employees an outstanding environment in which to work. Companies complete a questionnaire containing 85 questions covering 11 key areas of HR policy, giving insight into performance in HR relative to a peer group and UK company averages. Companies are judged by an independent research team and panel of experts on their performance across a number of areas, including pay and benefits, training and development, career opportunities, working conditions and company culture. Judges and representatives from award-winning organisations attended a gala dinner last night at the Royal Institute of British Architects in Portland Place, London.

Simon Church, Managing Director, Integralis said, “Integralis has a reputation for excellence, in delivering practical security solutions and proactive advice, based on our people’s unparalleled knowledge and expertise. When I joined Integralis, one of my first activities was to instigate employee and customer surveys, the results of which reinforced the positive perception of the quality of our teams and reflect our accreditation as one of the UK’s leading IT employers. We will continue to place our people at the heart of our strategy as we pursue a policy of continuous performance improvement.”

Tess Lugos, Publisher of the CRF in the UK , the organisation behind Britain’s Top Employers, said, “The Top IT Employers list aims to objectively identify the companies that have managed to create a culture that delivers an outstanding working environment in which the employee is appreciated and productive. At Integralis, we have seen an innovative style of management that promotes a culture of praise and reward, and offers its employees a truly inspiring place to work.”
