IPPlus Celebrate 10 years in Business

Thursday 5th November 1999 was the official date that Suffolk based IPPlus demerged from KDM International, and became its own enterprising organisation. Originating as COUNTYWeb.com, an internet based company whose primary focus was developing online business directories, they are now known as IPPlus, having evolved along a career path with many twists and turns that no-one could have predicted.

IPPlus is split into three primary divisions; Ansaback, a 24/7, 365 days a year, business contact centre; CallScripter, a software solution for contact centres created by our in-house developers; and IP3 Telecom, who offer a range of intelligent telephony services, to satisfy all modern network telecommunications business needs.

William Catchpole, Managing Director of IPPlus, commented: “Reaching our 10th birthday is a fantastic achievement for us as an organisation. We pride ourselves on retaining our staff, guiding them up the career ladder and managing their personal development. As a result of this many of our employees have been with us from day one. It’s down to their hard work and commitment that we are growing at our current rate and massive thanks must go to them.

Each of our divisions have had a great year, with record numbers of calls being answered by Ansaback, CallScripter securing a contract to supply Merlin (the world’s second largest entertainments company, second only to Disney) with ticketing solutions, and IP3 Telecom are growing from strength to strength, since its recent beginnings, providing call management solutions for several leading brands.

Since the company’s inception which began with just 20 members of staff, we are now topping 200 employees and heading into our next decade, the future of IPPlus looks bright. We have recently completed a recruitment drive, and with fresh minds, and our existing dedicated team, 2010 should be an exciting year.”
