Jabra, a world leader in innovative hands-free audio solutions, scooped a top award at the Comms Business 2011 Awards held at London’s Lancaster Hotel on 23rd June 2011. Jabra’s UK Contact Centre & Office (CC&O) division picked up the ‘Most Innovative Channel Product (Hardware)’ accolade for its Jabra PRO 9400 Series, the first-to-market wireless touch screen multiuse headsets to allow for seamless switching between communication devices.

Designed specifically for the UC market, the Jabra PRO 9400 Series is a set of professional-grade multiuse headsets that transmit calls from any device – desk, mobile and softphone – with a stylish touchscreen base. The headsets offer the ultimate in high quality audio communication and comfort, together with unprecedented usability.

The Jabra PRO 9400 series headsets are widely deployed in organisations across the UK, including Trailfinders. John Williams, Sales Manager, Trailfinders, commented: “The wireless Jabra headsets have significantly increased our team’s ability to multi-task and improved productivity. My team can now take more calls and solve customer queries quickly and effectively, the first time.

“Using the Jabra PRO 9460 DUO headsets, agents can clearly hear their customers and the noise-cancelling is exceptional. Agent productivity has increased and customers are benefitting from clear, high quality calls. Jabra was our first choice for headsets – we didn’t see any brand offering better.”

Commenting on the award win, Andrew Doyle, Managing Director, Jabra UK Contact Centre & Office (CC&O), said: “It is great to see that our commitment to developing high quality, feature-rich professional hands-free audio devices has been recognised at the Comms Business Awards. Our product development team is focused on delivering solutions that provide maximum benefit in the workplace, ensuring our partners can offer their customers a complete communications system that delivers return on investment and further reinforces the value the partner is bringing.”
