James To Head Call Collective

Nexbridge has appointed Kieron James as Managing Director of Call Collective, a white label conference call solution for businesses which is due to be introduced to the market this month.

James is Chairman of parent company, Nexbridge and has more than 20 years’ experience in the telecommunications industry, having held key roles in organisations including VeriSign. He is also a Director of the Federation of Communication Services - the Trade Association for companies which deliver professional communications solutions to business and public sector customers in the UK.

Commenting on his appointment James said: “At Nexbridge we are always looking at new technology and ways to improve our services. We know it’s important to businesses to offer clients and customers a personal and professional experience and to stand out from the crowd.

“I am proud to be leading Call Collective at such an important time in its development and to be able to offer this feature-rich alternative with minimal cost to businesses.

“The platform is designed to provide advanced conferencing features such as HD video streaming, screen sharing, call recording, scheduling and file transfers without overcomplicating the process for users. Because it can be tailored with colours, logos and a dedicated login, businesses will feel like they’re using their own in-house conferencing solution which works from an internet browser and is in keeping with their own brand. The product integrates traditional and internet-based conferencing, so audio connections from telephones and video and audio feeds from online users are seamlessly connected.

“We’re really excited to be pushing out one of the most useable and advanced interfaces currently on the market.”
