John Irvine joins GoHello as Chief Marketing Officer

GoHello, the ALLmobile telephony system for business, has announced the appointment of John Irvine as Chief Marketing Officer. Irvine joins GoHello from Verizon Business where he was responsible for the operator’s non-US marketing activities. At GoHello, John’s focus for 2008 will be the European expansion of the GoHello brand from its stronghold in Denmark, starting with the UK.

Prior to his role with Verizon, Irvine held positions with Level 3 Communications, Inclarity, Orchestria, BT and IBM. During his 10 years with BT, he held a variety of senior management roles with a focus on global business At Inclarity he launched the UK’s first Voice over Broadband Service.
