Reading based communications company IP Integrations has appointed Andy Dennahy as Business Development Director for their CTI Labs operation. CTI Labs is the organisation that has developed the ME range of powerful IVR applications.
Managing Director Steve Walker commented, “The role is to take the commercial lead for our CTI Labs offerings which will include recruiting resellers, supporting sales activities for them and our IP Integration sales team, and developing further OEM relationships.
Andy was previously Sales Director EMEA for Nortel Customer Contact Solutions, and was both Operations and then Sales Director at Periphonics prior to their acquisition by Nortel. There are very few people in the UK with Andy’s pedigree in IVR and I am sure he will bring significant benefit to our CTI Labs offering.”
