Knight Completes Siphon Investment

Knight Corporate Finance have had a busy start to 2015. In addition to advising on another institutional investment in the sector they have moved into our their own premises in Warrington and added to the team.

Knight has recently advised Siphon Networks on its £1.5m investment from Finance Wales. Siphon Networks a Cwmbran-based solutions provider of advanced voice and unified communications technology. The investment from Finance Wales will accelerate the next phase of Siphon’s growth plan as it looks to increase its presence in the UK and Europe.

New Faces

Knight is delighted to announce that Jemma Price has joined the team in Warrington as Corporate Finance Executive. Jemma joins from HCP Social Infrastructure that operates a £12bn portfolio of PFI projects on behalf of private equity investors. Previously Jemma had qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte.
