It will allow firms to run their IT and telephony applications on a single network, eliminating the need to implement two different cabling infrastructures and therefore the associated capital expenditure. The solution will only require one support contract for both technologies, again reducing costs and providing a single point of contact for support and service."
The IP telephony system is developed on a software based "pure" IP technology platform and will enable companies to run a more effective operation by providing seamless integration with their existing contact management and CRM software. It will allow incoming callers to be recognised automatically when calling into the business, and integrates the telephony function with the customer database to allow rapid lookup of client details and information.
The solution will start from around £2000 for a 10-user system.
