Mainline Digital Communications has launched a Premium Partner Programme (PPP) for its best-performing mobile and IT partners – an initiative that Mainline believes will make a significant and positive impact on each participating partner’s ability to secure and retain connections.

With the first exclusive partner event recently being held at the Hilton at St George’s Park within the FA’s National Football Centre, the PPP supports the development of each partner’s EE business and rewards success through a range of services and benefits. These include:

-enhanced volume bonuses and preferential revenue share for achieving quarterly targets

-complimentary demonstration kit and 4G SIM cards

-access to a leading tariff analysis service

-direct access to a dedicated Business Partner Support Team at EE

-regular Premium Partner meetings

-a staff-oriented Premium Points incentive scheme, offering Amazon e-vouchers in return for points earned by making EE connections

The event was directly supported by EE, with small business marketing director Mike Tomlinson and head of indirect business sales Nigel Dean emphasising the importance of the channel and providing the new partners with an overview of the network’s plans for the future.

“The Premium Partner Programme is a fantastic opportunity to enhance our already profitable relationship with Mainline, further building on the excellent front line and commercial support already received,” said Charles Wardman of Wardman UK. “The commercials give us a competitive edge and the additional services help us deliver on the promise of a top flight customer experience. Direct access to EE and their senior members puts us ahead of the field and the team at Mainline is on call whenever we need them.”

Mainline managing director Andrew Boden said the PPP had been developed following detailed discussion with EE and with Mainline’s key partners, to ensure the programme delivered on both fronts.

“We’re always looking at ways to help our dealers and the network to generate more business and to become even more successful,” he said. “The tools and support offered through our Premium Partner Programme will help to achieve that, plus the value of becoming part of the programme will incentivise other mobile and IT partners to make the extra effort required to achieve Premium Partner status and to reap the subsequent rewards.”
