mBlox Number Checker builds on the steps mBlox has already taken in its campaign for complete compliance from its customers and is the latest initiative from the company to bring greater transparency and compliance to the premium rate market. Although complaints form an extremely small percentage of the overall volume of premium rate traffic, mBlox believes it is important to address these concerns rapidly and effectively.
Following the launch of mBlox Detect in September 2008, mBlox Number Checker is an additional active step the company has taken to strengthen compliance in the services delivered by its customers. This service only works with information providers who use mBlox’s short-codes and network and has been introduced to assist consumers and bring greater transparency to the premium rate market.
