Micro-P has boosted its Samsung PBX and communications team by recruiting Technical Support Manager John Bird and Samsung Business Manager Kelly Maynard.
Kelly and John both join Micro-P from within the industry and bring with them a combined telecoms career of more than 28 years.
The Samsung specialists will be tasked with developing and delivering Micro-P’s Samsung Centre of Excellence. The Centre of Excellence offers Micro-P customers exclusive access to the best in product training, technical support and sales support the industry has to offer. In addition John will be migrating this ‘Centre of Excellence’ ethos across to other brands within the Communications Division portfolio.
“Both Kelly and John are vastly experienced across the Samsung product range and the telecoms industry in general, having spent almost all of their careers in the distribution channel. Kelly has a proven track record with launching new products into the reseller market place, maintaining customer & supplier relationships and is keen to launch the Samsung PBX brand into our vast customer base of data resellers. John is currently the only Samsung accredited trainer outside of Samsung’s employ in the UK distribution channel. Both Kelly and John are highly respected and successful individuals within the industry.
