Gary Bristow, Sales Director comments: “We are delighted to have made the move to our new home. Our old office space in Yeovil was 3000 sq ft and we now have 5000 sq ft to play with. The extra 2000 sq ft means we can accommodate our support team, sales team and finance team as well as having the space to carry out pre-configuration work and R & D under one roof, allowing us to operate much more efficiently.”
Micron’s new home currently has desks for 28 team members and although Micron has 25 full-time staff only 15 are currently office-based meaning there is already lots of room to grow the operation.
Gary continues: “The fact that we have moved into these larger premises which has more room to grow into, is a clear indication to our team here and our customers, that despite a difficult climate, we are investing in the future and continuing to grow year on year. As we are the experts in telecoms we wanted to invest in all the most efficient IT for our business, so the total move with new IT and furniture was a £100,000 investment in the business.”
