Mitel channel partners and their customers got a taste of the next generation of channel support tools when Mitel launched an industry first – Mitel TV (www.mitel.tv). A dedicated on-demand video website, Mitel TV has been received with open arms by the channel as yet another weapon in its ever-growing armoury of Mitel solutions.
Mitel TV is not only an online resource of video proposition designed to assist channels in the sales process but also a great educational tool. The user-friendly website comes complete with unique playlists and on-demand videos that can either be watched in their entirety or by chapters, if specific content needs to be accessed immediately.
“Traditional vendor portals provide channels with a vast array of information that is often difficult and time consuming to access during a meeting with a customer or prospect. Mitel has simplified this and the sales process for channels and customers as much as possible and with the new era of on-demand video.
