The Mitel Directors Briefing, hosted recently at the l May Fair hotel, in London, attracted over 150 delegates from across the UK. The session provided Mitel Partners with a strategic update on Mitel’s direction, product portfolio and the opportunity to engage with Senior Management.
“We were delighted with the attendance at the briefing, it was an outstanding success. Mitel’s software centric story has generated a real buzz in the channel who can see the compelling benefits that it will deliver to the end user, such as cost-savings, easier management and high availability,” said Andy Elliot, Marketing Director EMEA, Mitel.
Rubgy legend, Gareth Edwards joined the Mitel staff and channels for drinks, dinner and photos.
“It was excellent to have senior managers briefing their peers in the channel and to hear Mitel’s positive global view on the marketplace. They’re outperforming their competitors and are definitely ahead of the pack. The venue, dinner and Gareth Edwards’ speech were all great too,” Campbell Williams, Marketing Director, Charterhouse.
Jonathan Sharp from Britannic agrees, “Mitel really are proving themselves to be leaders in software communications in today’s virtualised world. The Directors Briefing gave everyone a valuable insight and it is very exciting to be part of it. The event was very well structured and the night was good fun too.”
