MyFrontier hits Sandown Park

Frontier Voice & Data debuted its new brand and services at Convergence Summit South, with new hosted products under the MyFrontier brand.

Under the MyFrontier brand are MyIP, for hosted IP, SIP trunking and IP PBX services. This provides a dedicated portal access, user defined call handling, and is fast to deploy and scalable and also includes customer equipment.

Also, MyMobile. Frontier provides all the major networks including O2 and Vodafone, so has a wholesale MyMobile proposition, provides one supplier for fixed and mobile and offers whitelabel billing.

Additionally, MyNet, Frontier’s aggregated data services. Frontier has its own bearer for data, provides competitive pricing with quality of service, has access to all the major carriers, has fibre, Ethernet and EFM, and provides and end to end service with customer equipment.

The new portfolio also includes MyTalk for calls and lines to conferencing and call recording, and MyInbound, a range of feature-rich inbound services.

Michael Thornton, sales and marketing director at Frontier Voice & Data, commented: “What our channel partners want is the ability to bill and look after their customers and, of course, to earn good money; the MyFrontier portfolio meets these needs.”

He added: “The sole purpose of our sales and marketing team is to nurture relationships with our channel partners and to support their growth by working together in a proper business relationship.”

At Convergence Summit South, Frontier was looking for partners that want to offer a full product wrap with value added service to their customers. The company was looking to meet with dealers and channel partners who would like to find out how Frontier can assist in growing a secure and profitable relationship.

Thornton remarked: “We had a busy time here at Sandown, and had a lot of new partners over this two day event. A lot of potential channel partners have expressed an interest in doing business with us.”
