Following the recent launch of the 3D S-Series range of sat navs, Navman will be offering customers a free map upgrade during 2009. The promotion is available for all current S-Series models and is valid on purchases made between 1 October 2008 and 31 January 2009. Registered customers will receive updated maps covering the relevant regions for the device they purchased.
According to TeleAtlas, 20% of European roads change every year, so accurate map data has never been more important. The Navman map upgrade provides customers with listings for new and updated motorways, roads, house numbers, speed cameras and points of interest (POI), offering a future proofed navigation device and illustrating Navman’s commitment to providing the best navigation experience.
The map upgrades would usually retail for £69.95 for a Western Europe map update and £39.95 for a UK map update.
