NEC resellers moved into overdrive on a high octane race day with Nimans, putting some high speed dream machines through their paces.
The top eight highest sales performers won a place on a Jonathan Palmer race day at Bedford Autodrome where they got behind the wheel of various supercars such as a Le Mans race car, BMW M3, Porsche 911 and a two-seater Caterham. – and even went off road in a Land Rover.
Nimans’ Head of System Sales, Paul Burn recalled: “The race day provided plenty of thrills and spills and was hailed by many as the best corporate event they have ever been on. The ‘no holds barred’ driving experience was complemented by some fine hospitality and excellent organisation, making it an adrenalin-fuelled day to remember.”
Paul’s positive comments were shared by a Burnley- based dealer who said afterwards: “What an incredible experience. I’ve never had so much fun. Being able to test my driving skills to the absolute limit without having to worry about any penalty points or speeding fines was fantastic entertainment. It was the ultimate boys’ day out.”
