Networks First Wins UK Customer Experience Award

Network infrastructures support company Networks First are this years winners of the Small Business category in the UK Customer Experience Awards. The awards are given to UK companies in recognition of outstanding customer service.

The UK Customer Experience Awards aim to identify and recognise organisations that are industry leaders in serving customers. The awards help organisations identify their strengths and weaknesses whilst providing benchmarks and guidance in improving performance. Key criteria assessed by the judges include: customer intelligence, operational effectiveness, engaging people, leadership and values, and organisational agility.
