Dave moves up from his position as regional sales manager, and will have all members of the sales team reporting into him. He will be responsible for leading the company’s sales effort within its existing customer base and the acquisition of new business.
Dave joined Intrinsic in 2009, having previously worked in sales and sales management for over 10 years. He’ll be tasked with driving the firm’s continued growth plans working towards a turnover goal of £100 million.
Commenting on his appointment, Dave stated: “We’ve got significant growth plans and it’s my job to drive the sales strategy to achieve these targets.
“Experience has taught me that every great achievement is preceded by extended periods of dedicated, concentrated effort and whilst this ultimately requires hard work, the reward which lies at the end is fantastic success.”
