New MD at Datasharp to Focus on Service

Chris Royden, the newly appointed Managing Director at Datasharp has told Comms Business Magazine that his first priority is to ensure his offices and channels are being managed professionally.

“One of the reason I joined Datasharp is because the communications market in which they operate is so dynamic – users want more and more from their systems. We need to ensure that Datasharp has a highly professional account management team as well as the best possible product portfolio to deliver voice, data and LCR solutions.

Royden has spent many years in the comms market having successful roles at companies such as Norton, Newbridge and Tellabs where he was VP for Europe.

“As well as having the best people we also need to ensure we deliver on time, deliver workable solutions and address new markets as they arise.”

Paul McIntosh, Chairman of Datasharp commented, “We are delighted to have Chris as our new Managing Director. He brings a new dynamism and forward thinking ethos to the business. It is an exciting time for everyone at Datasharp.”

Royden concluded, “Datasharp has solid relationships with some of the best vendors in their class and we will continue to build upon those.
