New Media Software has announced their membership of the Mitel MSA Program as a Commercial Advanced Developer. The Adaptive products have been part of the Inter-Tel portfolio on both Axxess and CS5000 systems for many years and hundreds of licences have been deployed in the UK.
Commenting on joining the MSA program, Phill McGowan, Managing Director of New Media Software said “The MSA program provides an excellent framework for third party developers to create, supply and support advanced applications that compliment both Inter-Tel and Mitel telephone systems. We have a track record producing advanced applications for the Small and Medium Enterprise and our channel focused strategy fits perfectly with that of Mitel”.
The Adaptive applications fall into three main categories: CTI, SMS, and Call Recording - for use in offices, Progressive and Predictive Diallers - for use in telemarketing and outbound call centres and Email Management, Web Assistance and Media Blending - for use by SME Contact Centres.
