NEW MEDIA SOFTWARE Targets CRM and ERM Market

New Media Software and eMerge Information Technology have announced an integration between Adaptive CTI and Priority CRM and ERM systems.

Priority is a flexible Enterprise Resource Management solution which has been installed and supported for the past 12 years in over 20 countries worldwide. Typically the product is used by multi-location enterprises and is common place within a manufacturer, distributor or wholesaler markets. With a 1500 strong customer base, Priority seems set to become more popular. The Priority Enterprise Resource Management, Customer Relationship Management and New Media Software’s Adaptive product will operate seamlessly allowing the users to work from one central database.

Phil Nicholls, Managing Director of eMerge explained “Many of today’s business systems can provide CRM and the ERM suite of functionality but only interfaced. Priority has all the functionality in a single integrated environment and can now provide its customers with the level of telephony integration being demanded by sophisticated CRM users such as call centres and service centres.”

Adaptive CTI has been used to add screen-popping and outbound dialing functionality to the Priority system. Integration with the Adaptive Progressive and Predictive Dialers is also planned in the next couple of months.

Commenting on this development, Phill McGowan, Managing Director of New Media Software said “Our relationship with eMerge means that comms resellers who have a prospect or customer that uses Priority, can now sell a new telephone system and Adaptive CTI knowing that screen-popping and outbound dialing will work out of the box. We believe that this is a major sales opportunity for our resellers.”
