The first Spring event is being staged at Nimans’ Manchester headquarters on March 18th and will focus on Unified Messaging, Voicemail Pro, Call Centre technologies and client applications which are all part of the growing IP Office portfolio.
Nimans’ Avaya Business Manager, Tim Freeth, said the aim was to familiarise dealers with the latest applications of IP Office and prevent them missing out on sales revenue.
“Whilst IP Office is the benchmark for many of our customers we find that some are losing out on additional sales by not having the knowledge or awareness about the many associated applications available. We want them to have a greater understanding of the benefits of these applications which can generate significant revenue streams.
“With increased understanding of the features and functionality on offer there is far more business to be generated from IP Office. We want our business partners to be fully armed with the knowledge to maximise their sales potential,” said Tim who pointed out that experts from Avaya will be running the workshops which are planned for both the north and south of the country.
