Nimans Continue Marketing Re-Structure

Nimans has continued to strengthen its marketing function with the promotion of Philippa Maher to the newly created post of Marketing Services Manager. Her appointment follows the recruitment of Stuart Bradshaw as Channel Marketing Manager, another new post created as part of a major overhaul of the distributor’s marketing team.

Philippa has been with Nimans for two-and-a-half years having joined as Assistant Marketing Manager. She previously gained marketing experience in a variety of roles with PC World Business who recruited her after she emigrated to the UK from New Zealand.

In her new role she will manage and develop the marketing team and take responsibility for all its marketing communications, working closely with Stuart Bradshaw in developing the company’s pro-active marketing strategy to ensure a closer fit with dealer needs.

Bradshaw is liaising closely with manufacturers to identify new product opportunities whilst Maher’s role will be to launch those products to the channel. Her promotion is set to be followed by the filling of two further newly created posts with the company - Head of Marketing and Public Relations Manager

Nimans, which in 2005 secured record sales of over £55m and say they are trading comfortably ahead of last year’s performance, is strengthening its marketing team as a result of its continued growth. The company has created the new structure and roles to allow it to provide a more pro-active, client and market-intelligence led support function to dealers.
